 Fourteen years of organization development consulting for community and economic development groups in all sectors on both US coasts have prepared the firm to take the next step and claim capabilities directly.

Specialties include workforce development and social entrepreneurship.   Grant-writing and other related specialties are sub-contracted.  Current areas of focus are the US Northern Regional Border (ME, VT, NH, NY) and parts of Massachusetts, especially urban areas.  The firm's volunteer leadership with the Harambe Alliance Network  is an example of the genuine passion for this focus, connecting North America's African Diaspora in academia back to the African Continent.
