Since 1996, over 100 organizations have partnered with Alice Buckner to advance and expand. The organization development field looks at business and human endeavor in 3 ways:
Individual Group Whole System
Alice’s work involves analysis, adjustments and interventions at all of these levels, with executive coaching, performance improvement, experiential learning and strategic planning as major service areas. Design and planning for new ventures are a key area of focus moving into 2011.
When asked whether she specializes in a type of organization or an industry, Alice explains that some of her best solutions for clients have been inspired by innovations from other fields.
Alice started out in 1996 as a conflict resolution, negotiation and creative problem solving specialist basing her approach on the Harvard Negotiation Model. Since ’96 she has branched into many other applications and models, but at the heart of all her work is the belief that the quality of relationships with an organization’s internal and external stakeholders are at the foundation of superior outcomes. This is for employee relations, customer service, sales, global account management, vendor relations, public policy, government relations, strategic planning, corporate learning or leadership development. |
